ARCHITECTURAL REQUEST FORM
If you wish to make any modifications, changes, repairs, or upgrades, etc., to your patio, windows, doors, etc., the architectural form shown below must be filled out and submitted to the HOA Board through the APM property manager. Any changes, replacements, modifications, or upgrades, etc., made to a homeowner's property are subject to removal if not approved by the Board, in writing. In addition, fines may be levied against any homeowner making changes to their property without approval of the Board.
