Roof replacement- The only approved roofers for the property is Red Mountain Roofing and Williams Brothers. Please notify the board thru APM if you have any roof issues. .
Changes to the exterior - You must notify the board thru APM, in writing, of the items that you want to replace -- roof, windows, a/c units, storage room roofs, carport covers, fences etc. You must submit an architectural request to APM to be approved or denied by the Board.
Window Screens - All windows must have exterior screens that match on each side of your home. Please fix the broken or torn screens on your windows –We have a few green screens or call Fred at the Screen Machine 602-944-9516. New screens would be at your cost and can save you money on your electric bills. Talk to your neighbors and buy them together for a group discount. Our specs for NM2 – Desert Sand, Vertical, 90% shade. Take a look around the property. Some of your neighbors have already updated their screens.
Parking – Please remind your guests not to park behind your unit if there are not enough parking spaces. They
will be towed. Signs are posted at each entrance. Please have them park in the street. The lots are patrolled on a
regular basis.
