News From the Board
Sun Country takes care of our landscaping every Thursday. The property is divided into four sections for the purpose of working on bushes and shrubs. All bushes will be trimmed to a height of 48 inches. Any vegetation planted by individual homeowners will be subject to the landscapers pruning or removing such plants, as they deem necessary.
The HOA Property Manager patrols the property and takes pictures of infractions of any of the HOA governing documents. A notice to cure will be sent to the homeowner, and if the violation is not cured within the specified time period in a letter from APM, a fine will be issued against the homeowner. If the infraction is still not cured within 14 days, the homeowner will receive another fine every 14 days until the homeowner complies. |
PLEASE NOTE: Please consult the Rules and Regulations regarding our dumpsters. Only trash, in proper trash bags, is to be placed in the dumpsters. Anyone caught disposing of appliances or furniture near or in the dumpster will be assessed a fine by the Board. You must arrange for carrying your large items, such as refrigerators, stoves, and couches, to the dump and not place the same in any dumpster.
Homeowners must comply with the architectural provisions of our CC&Rs. Any improvements or changes a homeowner wishes to make to the outside of their home must be presented to the board for approval BEFORE the changes or improvements are made--this includes changes to the patio area. The Board has the right to have a homeowner reverse any changes made without board approval within four years of the change, and the cost of removing the improvements will be at the expense of the homeowner. |
