Board meetings are held the 3rd Wednesday of each month, at 7 p.m. in the clubhouse.
The election of the 2017 board was held on February 15, 2017. Your new board is: Bob McConaghy, President; Tim Crabtree, Vice President; Marie Jackson, Secretary; Kathryn Fitchett, Treasurer; and Doug Jones, Member.
Minutes of meetings can be found posted at the clubhouse or you can call APM and ask for a copy.
Homeowners should be sure to give their tenants copies of the CC&Rs and the Bylaws. All residents must comply with the HOA governing documents. Violations by tenants and the resulting fines are passed on to the landlord/homeowner.
ACS is the water submetering company for the HOA. Each homeowner is responsible for their domestic water.

For your convenience, you may download and print out all the governing documents of our HOA, as well as the Architectural Request Form. Also, there is new information regarding renting the clubhouse, under the Clubhouse Rental tab. And, you can download a copy of the plat map of our property. That form is located under the Governing Documents tab.
We have a new towing company--ALL CITY TOWING. If any homeowner has a vehicle trespassing in one of your private parking spaces, you may contact a board member or the HOA maintenance employee, John Mohney, to have the vehicle towed. Any vehicle parked in a red zone/fire zone, by a dumpster or mail cage, or any other illegal spot may be towed without notice or tagging. Parking in the clubhouse parking lot is for visitors only.
The monthly assessment, effective January 1, 2017, is $194, payable to Northern Manor Two and mailed to APM.
The HOA now has full coverage insurance (bare walls) on our property, including roofs, buildings, and common areas. The insurance is through Travelers Insurance. Call APM for further information.
