Window Screens - All windows must have exterior screens. Please fix the broken or torn screens on your windows – We have a few green screens or call Fred at the Screen Machine 602-944-9516. New screens would be at your cost and can save you money on your electric bills. Talk to your neighbors and buy them together for a group discount. Our specs for Northern Manor Two – Desert Sand, Vertical, 90% shade. Take a look around the property. Some of your neighbors have already updated their screens.
Please be aware of your surroundings at all times, especially at night. Report any suspicious activity to a board member or dial the police emergency line.
Homeowners are encouraged to install security cameras on their property, however, permission should be obtained from the board by written request. The request will be considered at the monthly board meeting.
The HOA is responsible for replacement light bulbs on the storage units. All other security lights around the home are the responsibility of the homeowner.
If you have guests over the holidays and need an extra parking space and wish to have your guest park in the clubhouse parking lot, you must advise the board of directors of this request, in writing, and obtain approval before allowing your guest to park at the clubhouse. You will be furnished with a parking notice to place in your guest's windshield so that the car will not be towed.
Look in your mail cage frequently for information from the board regarding upcoming events and news.
Please be familiar with the Rules and Regs regarding parking. Homeowners should not allow guests to park behind the parking spaces. This is a tow zone and violators are subject to fines, at the discretion of the board of directors. Other tow zones include the red emergency curbs, the dumpsters, and mail cages.
