UP-TO-THE MINUTE INFORMATION ON REPLACEMENT OF ROOFS
All roofs have been replaced and are under warranty as of January 1, 2021. The HOA is currently replacing storage shed roofs, as needed.
With the implementation of the Water Submetering System, the HOA is bringing in about $4,000 to $5,500 a month. This money is used to replace the roofs in our community and other maintenance repairs. The homes with the worse roofs are being replaced first.
AS OF January 1, 2021, ALL ROOFS HAVE BEEN REPLACED BY EITHER INDIVIDUAL HOMEOWNERS OR BY THE HOA WITH FUNDS FROM IMPLEMENTATION OF THE WATER SUBMETERING SYSTEM.
Remember to place any roof work orders through APM, instead of repairing the roof yourself or contacting the roofer yourself. The roofer will access the damage and determine where your unit should be on the roof replacement list. Roof replacements for the entire community will take a while, but the process has started, and this project is the board of director's main priority.
