Your managing agent has decided to transition to Alliance Association Bank (AAB) for all banking services. AAB specializes in banking for community associations and provides products and services uniquely designed for community associations. Assessment payments will now be processed by Alliance Association Bank. AAB uses the latest payment remittance processing (lockbox) technology to accurately and quickly process and deposit your payments. The following details are provided to assist you with making the appropriate updates to your current method of payment. Service fees apply and are charged at the time of payment: Credit Card service fee‐ 3.5%, Debit Card flat fee $5.00. If you are currently set up for the automatic payment process via APM where you submitted your bank information on an ACH application, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO DO ANYTHING!! This pertains to you if, at one point in the past, you completed an Authorization Agreement for Direct Payments (ACH Debits) form and included a copy of a personal check.
